The website sends you to Stripe to provide payment card details. Data Architect stores the order and transaction status, not the full card number or security code.
Information you provide
Depending on the service, we collect your name, business name, email, phone, contact messages, project description, domain preferences, support requests and order information. Our website may record technical data such as device/browser type, IP address and access logs for security and basic operations.
How we use it
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver websites or software, maintain client relationships, provide technical support, process orders, prevent misuse, comply with recordkeeping requirements and send service-related notices. We do not sell customers' personal information or use your payment-card data for advertising.
Payments and other service providers
Stripe handles card payment processing and related receipts or invoices and has its own privacy policy. Infrastructure or operational suppliers, such as Cloudflare, domain registrars and email providers, may process only data needed to deliver their respective services. Third-party tools you choose to connect may have their own privacy terms.
Storage, access and security
We use reasonable measures to protect service information and limit access to people or providers who need it for the work. No network is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection. We keep information for as long as needed for active services, support, tax/accounting records, dispute handling and legal requirements, then delete or deidentify it where practical.
Cookies and local software
The site may use essential browser storage for preferences or operational features. If analytics or other nonessential services are added, their collection and disclosures will need to be updated accordingly. Pallit and other downloaded tools may run locally on your own computer; review each tool's documentation for how it stores or handles data.
Your requests and rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law and any legitimate accounting, security or contractual retention requirements. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; this policy does not restrict those rights.
Contact and policy changes
For privacy questions, email [email protected] or call/text 951-728-0734. We may revise this notice if our tools or practices change, and will update the date displayed on the page. Material changes that affect existing paid agreements require appropriate notice or consent when applicable.
IT support inquiries and email
When you request IT support, we collect your contact information, company and city, approximate team and device counts, affected systems, business impact, support preferences and the project details you choose to provide. We use these details to assess scope, respond and maintain the inquiry history. Do not submit passwords, recovery codes, access tokens or confidential customer records.
Requests are stored in our access-controlled website backend. Brevo processes transactional acknowledgment emails, owner notifications and replies we send about your inquiry. Email replies come to our business mailbox. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or start a paid service.
Software download activity
For successful software file responses and external tool-link opens, we record the tool, version, time and approximate country and region supplied by our hosting provider. This activity does not establish your identity, a completed transfer, installation or a unique person. VPNs, proxies, retries and automated requests can affect the information.
These activity records do not contain raw IP addresses, precise coordinates, visitor identifiers or tracking cookies. The activity view covers the latest 180 days. Older detailed records are removed during the next download or analytics visit; aggregate totals may be kept longer. Earlier totals lack individual event details. The hosting provider may separately process technical network logs to operate and secure the site. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions.
