A written quote comes first

The advertised website package covers an agreed standard scope. Extra features or infrastructure needs are reviewed and approved in writing before additional costs arise.

About the service

Data Architect offers website design, hosting, software, graphic design and related digital services. This website provides general information and ways to contact us or purchase specific offerings. The Website Service Agreement applies to the first-year $1,500 website package, together with its checkout terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Quotes and changing requirements

Descriptions and listed prices are for the specified package and scope. Extra software development, integrations, premium domains, extensive data processing, heavy storage, unusual bandwidth, hosting compute, third-party licenses or services may require a revised estimate. No added fee will be charged without notice and the customer's explicit written approval. Where no change is approved, we continue with the original agreed scope and reasonable-use limitations.

Using this website and free tools

Use our website and tools lawfully. Do not attempt to break security controls, access someone else's data, distribute malware, scrape private information or disrupt infrastructure. Free software is supplied with the applicable product's own license and documentation; a free listing does not mean it includes managed hosting, unlimited storage, technical support or a warranty.

Accuracy and third-party services

We aim to keep service descriptions accurate but may update this site. Domain availability and third-party pricing can change. Payment providers, registrars, software platforms and externally linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Search engine rankings, advertising returns and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Rights and content

Site branding, original designs and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your submitted business materials remain yours or those of their licensors; you confirm that you have rights to use them. Any commissioned deliverables, source-code access or licenses are governed by your written project agreement.

Service issues and limits

We will use reasonable care in providing agreed services and make appropriate efforts to correct service errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot promise uninterrupted access or results beyond the written service scope. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account information and privacy

If you submit information through a form or checkout, provide accurate contact details and do not provide someone else's sensitive information without permission. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Updates, local law and questions

These site terms may be updated for future activity. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed quote or active paid agreement without the customer's consent. California law applies where permitted, subject to mandatory rights available to consumers or businesses in other jurisdictions. Questions: [email protected] or 951-728-0734.

New digital purchases and custom agreements

Our storefront and custom checkout links provide a specific scope, payment schedule, refund policy and service agreement for review before payment. A client must explicitly accept that agreement; paying alone is not presented as a signature. Fixed monthly installments stop after the stated number of billing periods. Ongoing subscriptions renew monthly until canceled using the secure order page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The terms accepted with your order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.

We retain customer contact details, accepted agreement versions, acceptance timestamps, a privacy-preserving hash of the connection address, payment references, generated documents and email history to fulfill orders and maintain business records. Stripe processes payments; Brevo sends transactional emails; Cloudflare stores order records and private files. We do not store full card details. A private order link gives access to its documents and billing actions: share it only with the customer. Contact [email protected] with an order, refund, cancellation or privacy request.
