$1,500 for your service year

Pay $1,500 in full, $750 to begin plus $750 before launch, or a $300 initial deposit followed by 12 monthly payments of $100, starting 30 days after the deposit. A 12-month service period starts at the agreed launch date. Optional domain registration is separate. Renewal requires a new agreement; fixed installments stop after their stated schedule. Existing signed agreements keep their agreed prices and terms.

The package and the project scope

Annual business website package: agreed core pages and inquiry flow; site planning; logo treatment or a focused starter logo concept, visual assets and typography; two consolidated design revision rounds; on-page metadata and technical SEO; Search Console and Bing setup where access allows; a blog with three original business-specific launch articles; 12 months of managed hosting and HTTPS from launch; routine technical assistance and a quarterly search review with one small content update. Price: $1,500 USD for the service year. Optional domain registration is a separate live-price charge. Page count, article topics, integrations and delivery dates are confirmed in writing before work begins. Extra content production, custom applications, paid services and unusual traffic or data requirements need a separate approved quote. Renewal is agreed separately; existing signed agreements retain their terms.

Before work begins, Data Architect and the client will confirm the initial pages, content, design, functions, proposed domain and anticipated delivery schedule in writing. That written scope controls the initial build and is part of this agreement.

Pages, products and reasonable use

There are no per-page or per-product listing fees for ordinary content added through the included editor. This is not a promise of unlimited developer labor, custom templates, storage, bandwidth, compute, automated transactions or software engineering.

Sites share managed infrastructure and must operate within reasonable resource use. Very large catalogs, media libraries, streaming, databases, heavy traffic, mass email, payment processing, AI features and outside APIs may require higher-cost services or a separately quoted plan.

Pricing, installments and invoices

The first-year package price is $1,500 USD. Customers can choose the current options shown in their secure agreement, including full payment, a deposit with a launch balance, or fixed monthly installments. Deposit-plan balances are due before launch. Fixed monthly plans have a stated number of scheduled payments and then stop automatically. The payment record and receipt or invoice are provided through Stripe.

The advertised $1,500 package is fixed for the agreed baseline scope. No extra service charge or resource overage will be collected without a written estimate and your approval. Taxes or third-party charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before you authorize them.

Additional features and resource changes

After reviewing your requirements, we may identify work beyond the standard package: new custom software or workflows, sophisticated booking or checkout systems, specialized integrations, unusual traffic or data storage, additional server resources, large product imports, paid licenses or expanded support.

For any such work, we will describe the change, the reason, any hosting/compute/storage/bandwidth implications, price and delivery impact in a written change order. You can accept or decline it. If declined, the original scope and price remain; functions dependent on the extra work will not be included. To protect stability or security, harmful traffic may be temporarily rate-limited while we contact you.

Enterprise projects start at an indicative $7,500 project investment. That starting point is not a fixed quote, an annual subscription or an unlimited hosting and software commitment. Locations, data, integrations, traffic, security requirements, support and third-party costs are scoped in a separate written proposal.

The domain, site content and ownership

A new domain is optional and charged separately at the live price in your agreement. Its one-year registration cost is added once to the first payment, including on monthly plans. Customers can instead use an existing domain or choose website only. An availability check does not reserve a name. After Stripe confirms payment, Data Architect attempts registration of the agreed name through its managed Cloudflare account, using its default registrar contact with supported WHOIS redaction and automatic renewal off. Your order confirms when registration succeeds. If registration fails or availability changes, we will contact you to agree the next step; no different domain will be purchased automatically. Renewal is separately arranged.

Your business owns the rights to the logos, text and images it provides, subject to third-party licenses, and is the intended registrant of its domain. Premium domains, domain transfers, paid extensions and optional outside services are quoted separately in advance.

Data Architect retains ownership of pre-existing systems, templates and development tools. Any rights to separately commissioned custom code, hosting migration assistance or export formats will be stated in the written scope. We will cooperate with reasonable requests to transfer a domain registered for you, subject to registrar rules and outstanding authorized charges.

Approval, delivery and client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate business details, timely feedback and materials they have permission to publish. We provide a preview of the agreed build and an opportunity to identify reasonable corrections before launch. Material additions or new directions after approval may need a separate quote. Timelines can shift when approvals, access or materials are delayed; we will communicate material changes.

Hosting, security and direct support

Hosting covers ordinary site traffic and storage appropriate to the agreed website. HTTPS/SSL, routine updates and reasonable technical assistance are included. Support requests may be sent 24/7; direct phone and video help are scheduled as needed. This is not a guarantee of immediate 24-hour response, uninterrupted availability or unlimited redesigns. Serious outages are prioritized.

Renewal, refunds and cancellation

The current annual package is $1,500. Before renewal, we agree the next year’s content, improvements, search review and care in writing. Initial design or logo work is not automatically repeated. The package does not automatically renew; fixed monthly installments end after their stated schedule. Any price or scope change is quoted before renewal. Domain renewal is separate. If you do not renew, hosting may end after the paid term and notice; we will explain domain and content transfer options.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy explains refunds for work not yet performed, nonrecoverable approved costs and unused service. Nothing in this agreement removes rights provided by applicable law.

Privacy, service disputes and contact

Checkout details are handled as described in the Privacy Policy; payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe, not stored by this site. For corrections, disputes, scheduling or billing concerns, contact [email protected] or call/text 951-728-0734. California law applies to the extent permitted, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

New digital purchases and custom agreements

Our storefront and custom checkout links provide a specific scope, payment schedule, refund policy and service agreement for review before payment. A client must explicitly accept that agreement; paying alone is not presented as a signature. Fixed monthly installments stop after the stated number of billing periods. Ongoing subscriptions renew monthly until canceled using the secure order page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The terms accepted with your order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.

We retain customer contact details, accepted agreement versions, acceptance timestamps, a privacy-preserving hash of the connection address, payment references, generated documents and email history to fulfill orders and maintain business records. Stripe processes payments; Brevo sends transactional emails; Cloudflare stores order records and private files. We do not store full card details. A private order link gives access to its documents and billing actions: share it only with the customer. Contact [email protected] with an order, refund, cancellation or privacy request.
